Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to clarify project requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and risk assessments.
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration among project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project demands.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
