As a QAQC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest quality standards across our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality control processes, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this position offers a competitive salary of $7,000 β $8,500 per month and the chance to be part of a globally recognized organization committed to innovation and excellence.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality assurance records.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff and contractors on quality control best practices and company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and recommending process enhancements.
- Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations and regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Quality Management are a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and construction regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
