As a QAQC Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest quality standards across our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust quality control processes, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction quality management and a passion for delivering flawless results.

Based in the vibrant regions of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, this position offers a competitive salary of $7,000 – $8,500 per month and the chance to be part of a globally recognized organization committed to innovation and excellence.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality assurance records.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate staff and contractors on quality control best practices and company standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and recommending process enhancements.
  • Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations and regulatory requirements, delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Quality Management are a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.) and construction regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQM, CQE) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
