Responsibility
- Maintain and update Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and office procedures.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Assist in the organization of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
