Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Bali.
- Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract management for materials and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and alignment with design specifications.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local market practices is advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to cultural differences, and thrive in Bali’s international setting.
