Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve challenges.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
- Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and project transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
