Responsibility
- Coordinate and oversee MEP installations to ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Conduct site inspections to verify the quality and accuracy of MEP work.
- Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on-site.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and as-built drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related challenges during construction and commissioning phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP coordination within the construction industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with project management software and AutoCAD is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
