Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve on-site challenges.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in Bali.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to align project deliverables with design specifications.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork among site personnel.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site supervision or assistant project management, preferably in main contracting.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar) is a plus.
- Certification in safety management (e.g., SMK3, OSHA) is highly desirable.
