Responsibility
- Oversee and manage project financial control, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial guidelines.
- Monitor and report on project costs, variances, and financial performance to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain asset registers, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of company assets.
- Collaborate with project managers to prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including project profitability analysis and cost-benefit evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements within project financial management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project financial control, asset management, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
