Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple construction projects in Bali, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Drive capacity growth by optimizing manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to streamline processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor project performance metrics, including cost control, resource allocation, and margin management, to ensure profitability.
- Implement best practices for safety, compliance, and sustainability in all construction activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local authorities to support project success.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and drive innovation in construction methodologies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to optimize operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in project management tools, cost control systems, and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
