Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Lead and coordinate office renovation projects, from planning to execution, while minimizing disruptions to daily workflows.
  • Develop and implement employee experience initiatives, including wellness programs, feedback systems, and engagement activities.
  • Analyze workplace data (e.g., space utilization, service requests) to identify trends and recommend improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor relationships for facilities, IT, security, and other workplace services, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align workplace strategies with company culture and business objectives.
  • Resolve workplace-related issues promptly, acting as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and requests.
  • Stay ahead of industry best practices in workplace design, technology, and employee experience to drive continuous innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in workplace management, office administration, or a similar role, preferably in a dynamic, multi-location environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analyzing metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements.
  • Familiarity with workplace management software (e.g., Condeco, Robin, or similar tools) is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for enhancing employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
