Responsibility

  • Greet and assist clients with a professional and friendly demeanor, both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using our clinic management system.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects our brand’s luxury standards.
  • Handle client inquiries about services, pricing, and promotions with accuracy and confidence.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage client records with discretion and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless client transitions and optimal service delivery.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory tracking for front-desk supplies.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding client privacy and data protection.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software).
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for the beauty/wellness industry.
  • No prior experience necessary—full training provided!
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (work permit assistance available for eligible candidates).
