Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth sales processes and resolve any issues.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Communicate with clients and partners in Chinese and English to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales operations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese and English is required.
- Previous experience in sales operations, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
