Responsibility
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client and operational data in digital systems.
- Manage booking arrangements, confirmations, and follow-ups for clients and partners.
- Liaise with clients via email, phone, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate and distribute reports, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes.
- Organize and archive physical/digital documents for easy retrieval.
- Monitor deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet service-level agreements.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in data workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or client service roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business administration is advantageous.
