Responsibility

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain client and operational data in digital systems.
  • Manage booking arrangements, confirmations, and follow-ups for clients and partners.
  • Liaise with clients via email, phone, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Generate and distribute reports, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes.
  • Organize and archive physical/digital documents for easy retrieval.

Qualifications
