Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with corporate standards.
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility coordination to ensure a productive work environment.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when interacting with executives and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment is highly desirable.
