Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily workflow within the service department to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and materials.
  • Assist in scheduling service appointments and maintaining accurate records of service activities.
  • Prepare and process service-related documentation, including invoices, work orders, and reports.

Qualifications
