Responsibility
- Coordinate daily workflow within the service department to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining stock levels.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and materials.
- Assist in scheduling service appointments and maintaining accurate records of service activities.
- Prepare and process service-related documentation, including invoices, work orders, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the service team, including data entry and filing.
- Monitor and follow up on service requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or service coordination role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and service procedures is a plus.
