Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow within the logistics team.
  • Process and track shipments, orders, and inventory using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients to resolve operational inquiries and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
  • Support budget tracking and expense management for operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations administration, logistics, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/logistics management software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
