Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow within the logistics team.
- Process and track shipments, orders, and inventory using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients to resolve operational inquiries and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to logistics and supply chain activities.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
- Support budget tracking and expense management for operational activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations administration, logistics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/logistics management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, inventory management, and shipping documentation is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
