Responsibility
- Provide expert-level support and guidance on insurance operations to US clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Analyze and optimize insurance processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex operational issues and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training materials for insurance operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in insurance operations.
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational capabilities and client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations, with a focus on the US market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in insurance software and tools, with a solid understanding of insurance processes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in insurance or related fields (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus.
- Experience in process improvement or project management is highly desirable.
