Responsibility
- Coordinate between customers, sales teams, and production units to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer databases with precision.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, invoices, and delivery documentation.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor sales orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to verify billing accuracy and payment processing.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including meeting scheduling and follow-ups.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
