  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or ClickUp).
