Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service via online and offline channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate and manage inventory, including stock opname (physical inventory checks) and order preparation for sales or projects.
- Develop and publish engaging social media content to promote products/services and attract new customers.
- Oversee and optimize the company’s online shop (e-commerce), including product listings, order processing, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track orders, follow up with clients, and ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using digital tools.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues, ensuring a positive experience and long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for content creation.
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business) and e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking systems is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
