Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update ISO records to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with basic accounting functions, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Qualifications
