Responsibility
- Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory to ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare and edit professional documents, reports, and presentations to support business decisions.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee data entry, record-keeping, and administrative systems to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reporting, and procurement processes for office needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
