Responsibility
- Operational Oversight: Manage and maintain all facility-related systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security, ensuring 100% uptime and compliance with safety regulations.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Source, negotiate, and supervise contracts with service providers (cleaning, maintenance, catering, etc.) to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery.
- Space Optimization: Design and implement workspace layouts that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and employee well-being.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and emergency drills to uphold OSHA and local safety standards.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Lead green programs (waste reduction, energy efficiency) to align with the company’s ESG goals.
- Budget Control: Monitor facility expenditures, forecast costs, and propose cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with HR, IT, and senior management to address facility-related needs and escalate issues promptly.
- Incident Response: Serve as the first point of contact for facility emergencies, coordinating rapid resolution.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years in facilities management, operations, or administration, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with building management systems (BMS), maintenance protocols, and workplace safety standards.
- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and track facility upgrades or relocations with minimal disruption.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams and vendors.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure and implement long-term solutions.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), MS Office, and basic CAD tools is a plus.
- Certifications: Preferred: OSHA, LEED, or IFMA certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s business infrastructure and regulatory landscape is advantageous.
