Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company’s document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, version-controlled, and easily accessible.
- Review, update, and distribute technical documents, including engineering drawings, SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies for document management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations) to gather, verify, and approve documents.
- Implement and improve document control processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
- Train employees on document control procedures and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in document control, records management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
- Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other quality management standards is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with version control, document numbering systems, and archiving procedures.
