Responsibility
- Executive & Personal Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the principal and family members with absolute discretion.
- Household Management: Oversee daily operations of the residence, including staff supervision, vendor coordination, and maintenance of luxury properties.
- Travel & Itinerary Planning: Arrange domestic and international travel, including private jet/helicopter logistics, visa processing, and accommodation bookings.
- Lifestyle Coordination: Organize high-end events, social engagements, and personal errands, ensuring flawless execution.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight: Assist with expense tracking, budget management, and liaison with accountants or legal advisors as needed.
- Confidentiality & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all family matters and implement security protocols for sensitive information.
- Local & Cultural Liaison: Act as a bridge between the family and local service providers, leveraging knowledge of Bali’s elite networks.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the first point of contact for urgent matters, demonstrating quick thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Family Office Manager, preferably supporting HNWI or UHNWI clients.
- Discretion & Integrity: Unimpeachable ethics and a track record of handling sensitive information with the highest confidentiality.
- Organizational Excellence: Exceptional time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-demand environment.
- Cultural Adaptability: Experience working in multicultural or international settings, with sensitivity to diverse customs and expectations.
