Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels to support budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assess procurement needs and align purchases with business objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve discrepancies, and build strong, long-term vendor relationships.
- Prepare and analyze procurement reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Coordinate with finance teams to reconcile invoices, track expenses, and manage payment schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to handle procurement challenges.
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management best practices.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is a plus.
