Responsibility
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives or teams.
- Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and filter priority messages.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Maintain digital filing systems and databases for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, or invoice processing as needed.
- Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and CRM updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Asana).
