Excelitas Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Custodian to join our dynamic team in Bali. This role is pivotal in supporting our Project Rewrite (SO2), a comprehensive initiative aimed at enhancing our document management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

As a Document Control Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of our critical documents. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline document workflows, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date, properly filed, and easily retrievable. Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain the document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, updated, and accessible.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather, review, and distribute documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements for document management.
  • Implement and monitor document control processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits of documentation to identify and resolve discrepancies or outdated information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control best practices.
  • Generate reports on document status, changes, and compliance as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in document control, records management, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to document control is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
