Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and department heads.
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely reminders and preparations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for staff and executives.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
