Responsibility

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and team members.
  • Oversee office supply inventory, procurement, and vendor relations to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, and mail) with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management for office-related expenditures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment conducive to productivity.
  • Liaise with HR and other departments to facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in an MNC or FMCG environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks is advantageous.
