Responsibility
- Assist in the daily operations of building management, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and HVAC systems.
- Support administrative tasks related to facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and report on utility consumption (electricity, water, etc.) and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and system upgrades.
- Assist in project planning for facility improvements, renovations, or new installations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventories, service logs, and safety inspections.
- Provide field support for troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless building operations and tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems, electrical utilities, or HVAC (academic or internship experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work on-site in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with building management software or CMMS is advantageous.
