Responsibility

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented front desk area.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage administrative records.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (preferably in hospitality or sports management).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.
