Responsibility

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and office supply coordination.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the company’s brand.
  • Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations and visitor experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
