Responsibility
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls efficiently, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
- Manage front desk operations, including mail distribution, package handling, and office supply coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the companyâs brand.
- Handle general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless office operations and visitor experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
