Responsibility
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Manage front-desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing office supplies and visitor logs.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies on data privacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Provide translation support (Mandarin-English) for documents, meetings, or guest interactions as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents to support management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2+ years) in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative role, preferably in hospitality, corporate, or service industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a multicultural or international setting is highly advantageous.
