Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management and department heads.
  • Oversee administrative processes, including data entry, filing systems, and inventory management for office supplies.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking for administrative functions.
  • Handle customer and stakeholder inquiries professionally, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining records, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
