Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate and manage client service requests, from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Maintain and organize client records, contracts, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and administrative documents to support business operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for clients and team members.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including email correspondence, calendar management, and expense reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance client service standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client services, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in a professional services or international business setting is highly desirable.
