Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for UK-based clients, particularly in England and Wales.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a focus on UK recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the UK is a plus.
