Responsibility

  • Manage and respond to inquiries on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) regarding school events, policies, and updates.
  • Coordinate and promote school events, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders (students, parents, staff).
  • Assist in Risk Assessment Management (RAMS) by documenting, evaluating, and mitigating potential hazards in school activities.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including attendance, event registrations, and community feedback.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop engaging content (e.g., newsletters, announcements) for digital and print distribution.
  • Monitor and report on community engagement metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Support the preparation of safety compliance reports and ensure adherence to school policies.
  • Assist in organizing parent-teacher meetings and other school-related gatherings.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, community engagement, or social media management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in risk assessment or event coordination is highly desirable.
