Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and coordinate administrative staff, including delegation of tasks and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement office systems, processes, and best practices to improve productivity and workflow.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and manage office budgets, including procurement of supplies and vendor negotiations.
- Organize and maintain office records, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or management roles.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and office operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, and vendor management is a plus.
