Responsibility

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate administrative staff, including delegation of tasks and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement office systems, processes, and best practices to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, including procurement of supplies and vendor negotiations.
  • Organize and maintain office records, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or management roles.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and office operations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
