Responsibility
- Administer and manage contracts and subcontracts from drafting to execution and closure.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to clarify contract terms and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, documentation, and databases.
- Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in the preparation and review of commercial proposals, tenders, and agreements.
- Identify risks and opportunities in contracts and recommend mitigations or improvements.
- Provide administrative support for commercial negotiations and contract renewals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in contract administration, commercial management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret complex contractual documents.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
