Responsibility

  • Accurately encode and update client policy records in the company’s database, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
  • Verify and cross-check client information for consistency, completeness, and accuracy before system entry.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of policy documentation, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information in client accounts.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive client data with the highest level of integrity and security.
  • Generate reports and summaries of policy accounts as requested by management or regulatory bodies.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding policy accounts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues or irregularities in client records to the appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or insurance operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of insurance policies, terminology, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
