Responsibility
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using our CRM system, ensuring optimal calendar organization for service teams.
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients at our Canggu location, offering exceptional hospitality and guiding them through our service process.
- Process and organize job orders with meticulous attention to detail, coordinating between clients and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and update our database system with interaction details, service requests, and follow-up requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in preparing service reports, invoices, and other administrative documents to support operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or customer service is advantageous.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia; familiarity with Bali's business landscape is preferred.
