Responsibility

  • Manage and process sales orders, invoices, and receipts with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and ensure prompt collection of payments from clients.
  • Handle petty cash transactions, reconcile expenses, and maintain detailed financial records.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to verify order details, pricing, and client information.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all sales-related documents, both digital and physical.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to billing, payments, or client accounts.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the sales or finance manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales administration, accounting, or finance, preferably in logistics or a similar industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) for effective communication with clients and teams.
  • Familiarity with AR processes, petty cash management, and financial reporting.
  • Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
