Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents with a high level of attention to detail.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and courteous communication.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure the team has the resources required for daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a logistics, transport, or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to document preparation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, HR tasks, or project coordination is an advantage.
- Familiarity with remote work tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello) and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
