Responsibility
- Assist Account Executives in collecting, verifying, and organizing client data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including filing, encoding, and maintaining digital and physical client records.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, databases, and reports to track client interactions and project progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of client documents and requests.
- Manage and organize electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals as needed.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials for the team.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
