Responsibility

  • Manage, organize, and maintain project documentation in both digital and physical formats, ensuring version control and accessibility.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect, review, and distribute documents, including contracts, reports, and technical drawings.
  • Implement and enforce document control procedures to comply with company and industry standards.
  • Track document revisions, updates, and approvals, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the latest versions.
  • Assist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth document exchanges and archiving.
  • Utilize document management systems (DMS) or tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to project coordination and office operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in document control, project assistance, or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate or project-based environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
