Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and workspace optimization for teams across Bali.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, including event logistics, HR initiatives, and IT support requests.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and professional representation of Live Nation.
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires, including workspace setup, equipment provisioning, and IT access.
- Monitor office inventory, supplies, and equipment, anticipating needs and negotiating with vendors for optimal pricing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, executive support, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of managing office operations in a fast-paced, multinational environment (experience in entertainment or events is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong asset.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Experience with budget management, expense tracking, and procurement processes.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with experience working in diverse, international teams.
