Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and timely quotations for customers.
- Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and documented.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and production, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and internal reports.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with the cryogenic equipment industry or technical sales is a plus.
