Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and prompt responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, client interactions, and operational data.
  • Liaise with internal teams to streamline workflows and resolve any service-related issues.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on service performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and service providers, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Monitor inventory levels for service-related supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or service coordination role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
