Responsibility
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Monitor and optimize order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
